The initial learning curve was pretty tough as our team's admins needed to understand the granular permissions settings fairly quickly. It took us quite some time to simplify Guru's concept and structure for the rest of the team, but everyone did gradually become more comfortable with Guru the more frequently they used it. I am glad that the Guru team did provide us with quite a comprehensive tutorial package and the option to video call them.

    Guru has been a really helpful tool for keeping all our important info in one place. It makes it so much easier to find what we need without having to ask the same questions over and over or dig through different platforms.
