I appreciate how Guru continues to improve the quality and speed of the AI. The AI has evolved from just one default agent to customizable ones, and I'm especially happy that we are completely free to write the prompts so that the agents function as we want them to. I also welcome Guru's efforts by investing in Guru Learn, so that users can learn about updates through tutorials at any time. However, I am most appreciative of Guru's customer servicethey have so far always been able to reply within 24 hours, even during busier times of the year, like Christmas and New Year's

I can quickly find the info I need without jumping between tabs or breaking my flow. I also really value the verification system; it gives me peace of mind knowing the content is accurate and current. It saves a lot of time and helps keep everyone on the same page.
Read Full ReviewI highly recommend creating a user hub, where one's personal bio, the organization chart, drafts, tasks, etc. can live on a single page. Right now, these features are spread over multiple buttons, which might confuse users. Having so many buttons makes Guru's features seem more complicated than they are. I also suggest enlarging the Create a Card button and placing it directly to the left of the search bar.
Read Full ReviewIt is like trying to look for a needle in a haystack when in search of useful information. Sometimes the search terms that I use lead me to unrelated information which makes me have to wade through lots of information in order to get what I need.

It can be tricky when card owners forget to verify or maintain their cards, and over time that can lead to outdated or conflicting info. Itd be great if Guru had more proactive reminders or smart suggestions to flag old content or recommend updates based on how often somethings being used.
