It saves a lot of time for employees with collecting tasks like collecting bills and tracking expenses. It helps some companies to see where the company money is going and they can control everything. You can use this from anywhere to check and manage your expenses.

Easy to use. Easy to track all reimbursements. Even bulk expenses can monitors easily.

What I like most about this product is that it is very user friendly, very easy to use, and the user interface is very good. It makes expense report management very easy. which reduces the time spent on submissions. I also appreciate its real time insights on travel spending expenses, which allows us to monitor spending. Additionally, the integration with our existing accounting software has been seamless and improving data.

It can take some time for some new users. Sometimes it feels that the design is not as modern or simple to use . It works in certain countries but most of our users travel internationally

some times I faced keys typing issues. Difficult to understand interface. Even though scanning and paying facility will ad on the advantage.

What I dislike about Happay is that it is an initial curve for new users. Users may find that the tool lacks in customizing travel policies.
