Implementation was very smooth. All features provided by this tool were implemented in our organization engaging employees performance and helped us with the onboarding process since we were struggling in that part. We got positive feedback from managers who used other tools in their previous jobs. So we are very satisfied.

The Customization options, can be a good thing, but if used wrongly you can kill the system usability. very important to understand how the system works, in order not to block any features with the wrong decisions.

What we estimate ist the openess of Umantis towards new ideas and how things can be done. one strength of Umantis is probably the development of the future and integrating new ideas as well as using the cusmtomers experience to improve the product. What must be improved from our view is the support of operational Problems.
