This enables the AP analysts to review simple items and spend time investigating complex itesm and developing new workflows. The people using the system, and the system itself, are constantly evolving, so with the simple tasks out of the way, more time can be spent on continuous improvement. The product is not just a repetitive task box, it's part of the team; and, therefore can be seen as an individual FTE or tech-teammate to augment the existing human FTEs. In addition, the ability to track ROI in all stages of the process is a big plus for our team to resolve urgent payments or other issues.

As an area for improvement - 1) To expand the acceptable ANSI X12 formats for 810 2) I understand we are using a customized version but it would be beneficial to have some enhanced capabilities upfront, rather than having it as a change request 3) There are occasional delays in resolution timelines btu the team manages to effectively address them once highlighted
Some reporting features could benefit from more customization options. Some customization features require vendor support, which can delay changes and limit flexibility and processing invoces.
