Multiple frameworks supported which allows efficient integration of different modelling practices such as portfolio management, business process management, decision model and notation, unified modeling language and others. Availability of a set of predefined techniques such as Business Model Canvas, Balanced Score Card, PESTEL, SWOT, etc. The intuitive and easy to adopt environment (HoriZZon and Enterprise Studio) for delivering the best value of the practice with agility and velocity. Rich capabilities to create engaging and customized dashboards. The integration of different sets technical capabilities are several layers that allow for different roles (enterprise architect, solution architect, portfolio manager, etc.) to come together inside the same platform.
Cross modelling is valuable feature and knowledge graph exploration in Horizzon is great.
Cloud native web interface for the viewer and web based access to their designer tool as well as local install if you like to work locally, the tool is very powerful and implements flawlessly the ArchiMate standard.
The lack of flexibility in customizing the welcome screen of the SaaS product (would appreciate to be able to accept the customer's enterprise branding rules).
Lack of metadata integrations. Low data management maturity, i.e. data catalogue
The learning curve is steepish given the set of features and power of the tool, because of that some more tooltips in the designer tool could be of some help, I did not yet find an easy 1 click only way to export list of apps or technologies

From an architecture perspective, Bizzdesign offers us the possibility to keep oversight of our businesss processes, data and applications, and the underlying infrastructure. We use Archimate for this and Bizzdesign Enterprise Studio serves us well in maintaining the required models. Also, our process analysts model the business processes in more detail in BPMN. With Bizzdesign, you can link the architecture perspective and the business process detailed perspective by linking Archimate and BPMN. The publication portal HoriZZon works well for us to be able to share models and insights with relevant stakeholders.
