Availability of a set of predefined techniques such as Business Model Canvas, Balanced Score Card, PESTEL, SWOT, etc. The intuitive and easy to adopt environment (HoriZZon and Enterprise Studio) for delivering the best value of the practice with agility and velocity. Rich capabilities to create engaging and customized dashboards. The integration of different sets technical capabilities are several layers that allow for different roles (enterprise architect, solution architect, portfolio manager, etc.) to come together inside the same platform.

Read Full ReviewI like the functionality and visual appeal of the product and the two-face approach to architecture, clearly delineating the needs of consumers and designers. I also like the object/element-based approach to the architecture repository, which enables a relational-based system of record. The technical function, visual appeal, and object and relation-based system all coupled with plentiful metadata realizes a wonderful architectural tool.

The lack of flexibility in customizing the welcome screen of the SaaS product (would appreciate to be able to accept the customer's enterprise branding rules).

This solution has been a valuable tool in our workflow. It has significantly streamlined our architecture practice into one, cohesive, format. Our team has also enjoyed our use of the tool, finding that it's modeling tools are very functional as well as visually appealing. BizzDesign Horizzon is an outstanding product that has been extremely valuable to us. The only thing that could make it "truly exceptional" is to realize some of the products and features in its roadmap. Also, as with any product, there are quirks and challenges that arise occasionally. Bizzdesign Enables Oversight of Architecture With Archimate and BPMN Integration
From an architecture perspective, Bizzdesign offers us the possibility to keep oversight of our businesss processes, data and applications, and the underlying infrastructure. We use Archimate for this and Bizzdesign Enterprise Studio serves us well in maintaining the required models. Also, our process analysts model the business processes in more detail in BPMN. With Bizzdesign, you can link the architecture perspective and the business process detailed perspective by linking Archimate and BPMN. The publication portal HoriZZon works well for us to be able to share models and insights with relevant stakeholders. Great tool which offers powerful ArchiMate implementation, great pre-sales team
The experience with the tool has been above any expectation so far, we were able to put together a working POC in just a few weeks and build a positive business case and then procure the tool.
