The support and guidances from Interlink Software is always extremely impressive. The software is highly capabale and scaleable.
The 3 things I like about the Interlink product set are the flexibility in deployment options due to the architecture of the systems so highly scalable and reliable architectures are easy to achieve, the modularity of the products so visibility of what is happening within the systems is easy (something which is difficult to find in alternative offerings) and the customer support with all support cases raised receiving good communication with timely feedback, investigation and resolutions.
The wide range of Integrations available that allow Interlink to integrate with other monitoring systems out of the box. The flexibility that Interlink show in their willingness to collaborate in developing tools that best fit our needs. The culture of 'can do will do' that is ingrained in all their employee and their level of professionalism, experience and skill that helps deliver us successful outcomes every time.
The biggest challenge has been trying to deliver at the pace the internal teams are wanting to utilise the Interlink tools once they see them.

Compared to other product i reviewed the solutions provide much richer and more functional views and the support team have been excellent. The Interlink toolset is able to connect to a huge number of solutions very quickly using multiple technologies, we have mainly used webhooks for data collection. The software is very reliable and provides an excellent platform to help meet pretty much any monitoring requirement that has come up over that time. Their after sales support is excellent; in fact, everyone that I have dealt with over the years have been great - very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
