I love Iterable's journey builder. The features and interface are robust and allow for flexible, time & event based logic that can enable extremely complex customer interactions. I also think their webhook and datafeed support is great. Their webhook infrastructure is fast and enables non-traditional communication methods at scale.

Some areas of the product have poor organizational capabilities, like the journey triggered webhooks. If you are utilizing those extensively, the management can be unwieldy.

Read Full ReviewThe channel and message type structure seems to be a bit overly complex. It took us a very long time to wrap our heads around this, and we still don't fully understand why, if users are automatically subscribed to channels, it's possible to unsubscribe them from a channel when the message type controls the opt-in status. Other than that, we sometimes lack communication when there are big releases within the tool (update on the segmentation UI this year, for example).
