What I like most about Iterable is its intuitive interface and flexibility. The platform makes it easy for our teams to build, test, and optimize communications at scale. I also appreciate how responsive the Iterable team is to feedback--continuously improving the product and adding features that support our evolving needs.

It could be a bit more open with more APIs to access different parts of the system. But that is a common problem in this industry.

What I dislike most is the limitations within the analytics and experimentation capabilities. Our team often finds the built-in tools insufficient for the level of insight and rigor we aim for, which requires us to export data and rely on our own dashboards and experimentation frameworks. Enhancing these areas would significantly improve the end-to-end experience.
