The commercial model where supplier access to the platform is included in the SaaS subscription allows us to scale our investment without worrying about unpredictable costs. This overcomes an often significant barrier to manufacturer-supplier portals. In addition, the configurability or low code nature of the Application platform to meet our specific business process needs while balancing the right master data of the supply chain including materials, partner codes, our manufacturing sites and supplier manufacturing sites.
Good usability, wide range of modules, really good cost/benefit ratio, helps us to improve our process efficiency
High integration in SAP and capability of Jaggaer consulting to show best practice of other customers. This helps significantly to find the best way close to Jaggaer standard functionality
While the solution is making strides, the user experience for suppliers still has a ways to go to match the capability for 'internal' users of the platform. Jaggaer is investing in UX and we look forward to this bearing fruit for existing and future work processes that we plan to digitize via the platform. Jaggaer is not alone in having UX for Suppliers be a key need.

Rich in functionality with some user ability challenges
We use only the Jaggaer Direct solution and find it rich is functionality, has benefits of being module assisting project implementation. But has end user usability challenges and has potential struggles for being too customizable. We have seen delays in extending the the new UI and currently do not have clear roadmap for any development for this solution.
