It is easy to enroll Android devices - especially Samsung devices. I like the keep live feature which locks the devices if not used for a certain time. I also frquently use the push updates for inhouse apps which has helped us a lot to enroll the latest updates for inhouse apps.
we have great visibility of our live devices and their status.
First part : all company phones are set to a standard build. It helps a lot because some of the employees use their phone like 4 to 6 hours a day. The second part is about assistance to these users, the remote assistance is so helpful and easy to use. To finish, the application management saves our teams so much time and avoids so much trouble.
When it comes to support I am a bit disappointed as the content provided is not great. Frequent login prompts are annoying. Samsung should do so for a unified portal - you find it difficult to browse the portal after a major update, I believe it should be more user friendly after major updates. Customer care is important, more support is needed, and easily understandable support content should be introduced.
1. Some issues with managing our Android versions without the full EFOTA license 2. We have different skus depending on when the subscription started for the identical product. This causes issues with co-terminating licenses 3. Upgrading from legacy product is nowhere near as easy as it should be
The connection between Knox Enrollment and Knox Manage seems a little pointless. I understand it's two différent services and it is maybe obvious to separate them, but for the user, it would be easier if there was only one software. Application management has a similar situation: deploying an app on the phone and adding an app to the managed store are two faces of the same coin, but they are two different processes. Only one will be better. Last thing that bother me a little is the key management, when a deadline approaches, it is difficult to see precisely what phone is impacted by this deadline and what impact it will have.

Frequent Login Prompts and Limited Support Reduce Samsung Knox Portal Usability
Samsung Knox is a strong product that allows effective control and management of Samsung devices. Policy and restriction changes can be applied quickly to the devices, which is a major advantage from an administrator's perspective. The portal is not as intuitive as expected and once you login to the admin portal you freqeustly get a promt to login to the Samsung account account, which is annoying. I found iot good if you have more of android devices especially samsung. We had challenges trying to enroll Apple devices. We also found it difficult to enroll the android non GMS devices. Additionally, managing and updating the applications listed in the Play store is not easy - especially the Knox agent will not get auto updated - I wish if itwas there we could push the play store apps also to the devices without the user intervention. When it comes to local support, it can be more responsive and accessible. Samsung could introduce more friendly help or video content about how to use the portal features. Overall, it is a good product with solid capabilities, and I look forward to seeing continued improvements in usability and support. - Manager of IT Services<50M USDServices (non-Government)Review Source
The IT Tech best friend : once deployed, apply corporate policy changes in a minute
The Knox Suite is a great product, I'm not an IT expert but I managed to set the software up. The structure of the software is simple and the documentation is well written. - Data and Analytics Manager<50M USDIT ServicesReview Source
Strong Policy Enforcement and Device Control with Challenging Administration Experience
My overall experience has been positive from a security & device control perspective, especially for samsung enterprise environment , the platform provides strong policy enforcement, detailed device configuration option & support for dedicated & kiosk use cases. It offers comprehensive life cycle management including enrollment, remote management, restrictions controls, and firmware handling which makes it suitable for organisations that require strict compliance & high level of control over their device fleet. - IT MANAGER10B+ USDEnergy and UtilitiesReview Source

Samsung One and Training Platform Provide Resources Amid Knox System Complexity
The support side is decent but always room for improvement in terms of quick resolution. We do have a representative who is always on hand should I need assistance.
