The service is working seamlessly with AWS cloud, so it gives us the seamless hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity that we seek for.

Commercial practices are not the best ones, as every single request can generate a financial proposal. Their contract templates are complex and not clear sometimes, so sometimes you can be surprised by X, Y and Z not being in-scope even though it would make sense of it being part of the services bundle. This creates some frustration that's hard to overcome. Their commercial team takes long to send proposals when you ask for it, delaying the whole purchasing process.
While Kyndryl presence globally is strong, it makes them dependent sometimes on third-parties for some of the services, which can sometimes lead to delays in the project execution or delays in fixing incidents. Also, for businesses with legacy systems or highly customized environments, the on-boarding process can be time-consuming and complex. Although the service is customizable, in order to make extensive adjustments to the solution might lead to longer implementation timelines and may increase the cost plan and will have an impact on the schedule plan.
