Definitely the customer service. I can't say enough about how great it is. In today's era, it's pretty uncommon to be able to get directly to a real human being for help and in such a prompt and easy manner without wading through ai assistants and outsourced call centers first. I really appreciate that and place a high value on that.

They listen to their users and use our feedback to prioritize new features. Updates are released every month. The platform is very customizable and so easy to use.

There is a great help section to read through an get direction and of course customer service is always an option but perhaps a video tutorial at initial sign on or an animated walk through would be a better improvement over having to read the how to's.

Read Full ReviewI honestly did expect a bit more from the AI assistance to generate procedures from the equipment manuals - it does have some limitations that I know they are still working on. It is an expensive product, although it is good value for money. There are sometimes internal communication challenges, for example a marketing email may be sent out to a customer, but your account manager may not yet have the full details yet of what it entails or a new feature has been made available in the product before the launch email has been sent out or the first line support helpdesk has been made aware of it.

It's highly packed with features and customizations, which is a double edged sword. While it offers a lot of utility and custom tailored operations, it can also get very complex to the point of getting lost until you experiment enough with it that you become proficient. Definitely a worthwhile investment
Although it took us a bit of time to get all of our data together and to understand the setup of their templates, the bulk import they assisted us with helped so much to get us up and running quickly. The team members I have interacted with were knowledgeable about their product and always assisted us quickly. Phenomenal business move, MaintainX is the way!
From the start, the MaintainX team has been exceptional. We are in the 3rd year of using this program and I have yet to be disappointed. During the process I have had many questions (some off the wall) and they've ALWAYS been able to answer or assist. They take any feedback I provide as an opportunity to improve their system. The ease of importing information from our previous platform over to MaintainX was a breeze. Once the information was imported, that's when the real fun began! We realized all the different options and customization available at our fingertips! We were able to build MaintainX around our needs as a company. Our Account Manager has been by our side each step of the way with detailed responses and walkthroughs when need be. They are always looking for ways to improve the system and ways to help you grow as a company. The ease of inventory tracking and identifying problems via work orders and reports has helped us as a Maintenance Department improve as a whole. We can run any report imaginable. For our work orders, the simplicity of the layout, creating procedures to fit machine specific needs and adding photos has increased our attention to detail and our ability to streamline across all departments. Maintenance Department Benefits from Organization but Requester and Reporting Gaps Remain
I have worked with Maintain X for over 2 years now and it has been a great asset to our maintenance department. The ability to organize and track work orders allows us to be efficient and keep assets working to their full ability. MaintainX Streamlines Operations
From our very first inquiry to now using MaintainX daily organization wide we have yet to encounter an instance where the support team and software hasn't been exactly what we were looking for. MaintainX has helped us streamline our Maintenance and Operations departments by allowing us to organize our supply system and help us help our clients more efficiently. We operate a homeless shelter, rehab and many supportive housing models. MaintainX has been able to streamline all of our properties seamlessly.
