Microsoft Dynamics 365

Microsoft Dynamics 365 has very efficient task automation features powered by AI which allows us to automate out routine resource management tasks like allocations. Microsoft Dynamics 365 has very advanced data analytics features which provide us with clear insights about our operations, making it easy for us to make clear and smart decisions and optimize the performance of our operations like customer support and engagement. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is very flexible and easy to customize which helps us to use it to manage different types of operations that come with different resource management needs. It has very effective security features which allows us to always keep all our critical resources and operations data safe and secure.

D365 SCM is a robust ERP system with functionality across essentially all the functional areas you would expect to find in a modern ERP. There is a large and active user community, and answers to common issues can often be found with only a little bit of Internet searching. Updates to the application are frequent, although this can sometimes become an issue when updates aren't tested sufficiently by Microsoft before deployment.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 has powerful AI powered operations analytics features that provide us with clear and comprehensive insights about our operations and available resources, making it easy for us to understand how to distribute our resources across all operations. It has advanced data security and safety features which allows us to keep all our resources and operations data safe. Microsoft Dynamics 365 also has customer relationship management features that help us analyze customer interaction data to gain insights that guide us in making informed decisions on how to boost our customer engagements. Its task automation features help us to speed up our routine resource management tasks like generating resource availability summaries that guide in proper allocation and planning of resources.

There has been nothing bad to say about Microsoft Dynamics 365. It has always delivered top quality services and we cannot find anything to dislike about it.

Customer-visible telemetry and troubleshooting information for environments is almost non-existent. If a production downtime occurs, you're at the mercy of Microsoft support resources to resolve it. Microsoft's investment in support resources has dwindled over time, leaving their frontline support resources as terribly inexperienced technicians that often provide meaningless answers to even basic support requests. Recently, Microsoft has been pushing their CoPilot AI tooling into the D365 SCM space, but haven't yet delivered anything meaningful to our business in that offering. The standard functionality AI solutions are so generic that I have trouble imagining any business where they would be useful.

We have not come across any major incidents since we started using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and we genuinely have not found anything to dislike about it.
