Integration set up can be tough sometimes at the intune end , if configuration not done properly. Need knowledge of robust transform maps at to do the mapping of the fields which requires traning and knowledge.
It's been a little bit complex to setup with a small implementation team like ours, having focus on onboarding first non-Microsoft devices. Intune is a cloud based platform, performance issues related to slow policy push outs and slow reporting could be noticed depending on the size of your tenant. When managing non-Windows devices, some key features could be missing.
