The quality-of-life improvements over our previous CMMS. Almost everything has been thought out and simplified so that it's easier for everyone (requestor, planner, scheduler, technician, MRO coordinator, plant engineer) to use.

Visibility for all departments to be able to add and create work requests on the spot. The ability to track progress as its happening across the facility. The accountability of being able to assign tasks to users directly.
The Scheduler is cluttered and not as user-friendly as our previous CMMS. I asked rep. to submit an enhancement request for this because it would solidify MVP One as one of the best CMMS/EAMs available. It would also be nice to have the work order labor timer feature available on the browser, rather than just on the app, to track actual labor hours.

using the huddle to communicate has been challenging for some users to see. specific assets could be better organized or categorized, updates send email notifications but you cant reply in the email to any questions or issues, need to open the app and each individual work request before you can respond.
