using the huddle to communicate has been challenging for some users to see. specific assets could be better organized or categorized, updates send email notifications but you cant reply in the email to any questions or issues, need to open the app and each individual work request before you can respond.

I believe you can purchase more seats but it would be nice to be allowed more when you have a larger department. Especially for the money that is spent to be allowed to use this service.
