The ability to communicate with employees, everyone can see each other and simplicity of the interface
Customizability of the system, responsiveness of the workers, the drive to deliver best solutions to clients and the ability to adapt to most situations quickly.
At times it is hard to use to update information. System will not allow changes and it sometimes has to be overridden. It can be glitchy at times, for example pulling Paystubs may not work. It also locks people out in the beginning.
The new larger company that took over the system hasn't utilized it to the full capability and has resulted in much lost knowledge as previous subject matter experts left to other organizations. Also forcing old operating procedures to fit in molds of different systems so there's a lot of missing pieces

This system used to be something great and something unique. The people that comprised it were amazing and so talented and passionate. Over time, it has been diluted and then acquired by a huge corporate entity that treated the product wrong. A good product which is glitchy at times. A great product for a growing company but it has limits once you hit a certain point.
