The support team is also very much dependable and helps in securing a great user experience . The platform is fast and secure and is easily scalable .

Complex configuration and limited self-service changes, user interface can feel unintuitive at times and slow performance during heavy processing periods.
Though the product offers high end premium features and services the pricing is a bit too high and maybe not affordable by the small scale business units .Although the platform is user friendly , the designing could be updated with a more eye catching icons and background .
There isnt anything that I dislike that I can think of off the top of my head
