The best thing is its ease of use and simple functionality together with great customer service. The cloud version never crashes and always loads up fast and is uprun within seconds of login.
Read Full ReviewFlexibility in the build by department to accommodate all of our needs. Operational review by VRS to shore up weaknesses is invaluable. Ability to integrate with PeopleSoft our payroll / time keeping software has saved over 26 hours a year per agent and at least 78 hours for the timekeeper and for each supervisor per year. More importantly, we pay by log in and out time not by shift time on a schedule. The agent is at work when logged in and being paid on that log in time.
