Nimble is almost an automatic product. There is an option in which Tasks can be set weekly, monthly and yearly, ofcourse. In this way, we can have our cx's attention. Automatic emails are sent to them with new campaigns and programs related to their interests as well. There are also some time when I want to pull out the interactions which was had in other platforms but I am not able to do so. It has also great integrations with the top most softwares but several times I am not able to track them again. I have open nimble for such tracking details. All data is segregated and nowadays tags are also been used. With tagging, we save a lot of our time searching notes we made for a particular lead. All tasks are easily manageable and lead management has added new tools which helps in interacting with cx with ease and it does not affect the performance.

The best part is its incredibly user-friendly, ensuring effortless accessibility and efficiency for users of all levels.

easy to connect with multiple email addresses at once ( of cx's ). Tagging enables us to contact the cx within minimal time. It also has good interface and while interacting with them, it does not disconnect automatically like it used to.

I hope they are improving the dragging of items from one place to the other.

When we connect to a third party sources, our contacts and details does not match sometimes. It is a glitch or something. Databases can not be pulled out from other platforms which can help us in identifying cx's need for the product.

    Nimble for our organization helps our sales team to interact with clients and prospects and also to track the relationship in real time. It also gives you detailed reports in real time. Contact management feature can save up to 25000 contacts which could be synchronized from most of the third party applications and you can segment them too.
