I have particularly embraced the scripting and automation in NinjaOne to assist with information gathering for compliance and data identification. Discovery jobs are extremely helpful in finding devices that are domain-joined and in being able to install agents effectively. I use the remote functions like File browser, services, and Patching to assist with ensuring our tools are in place and backups are operable.
The amount of endpoint data that can be acquired very quickly
It is easy to use in general. It's good for simple backups, such as folder and file backups.
Some recent changes to the UI are making some tasks a little more cumbersome, but still doable. The setting with Ninja Remote needs to be more robust. We need to be able to update all agents with global settings to correct issues that occur over time. For example, being able to revert all overrides or at least selecting bulk host to change settings. It would be beneficial to be able to
The backup solution is weak and was not truly ready for deployment.
It is not as robust as other backup solutions, so it does not have all the bells and whistles like other mature backup solutions that have been around for years. NinjaOne has been improving its backup solution, but it's not on the same level as others yet.
