It's a great way to link team and department goals to overall company goals and the platform makes it very easy to continuously update and reports on OKRs and KPIs. By showing how most things are linked to our company goals, has helped drive performance.
I love the alignment view. It's a great way to see how all our goals relate to one another.
The flexibility to adapt to our business, the number of data integrations it supports, and the built-in suggestions using AI. We've been able to make OKRs core to our everyday business activities rather than being a separate operational activity.
For someone who has never used the tool before, it can be a tad confusing.
No major issues or weaknesses
The product is a bit pricey to roll out to the lower levels of the organization, but the unlimited view-only users help offset that.
