Low code/no code, easy to setup and scale CRM solution/product built on Pega core platform. It has prebuilt components and features including AI that can be leveraged to accelerate CRM platform rollout. Has specialized versions for various industries.
PEGA offers many CRM Product function, such as Lead, Campaign, Customer 360, and etc. You can use all of them with a simple configuration on PEGA. As a Developer or Tester, you can use all the development tools from PEGA, such as Pega Development, Pega Automation Tools, Pega Agile Workbench and etc. For Customer Support, they are also offer a high speed response. But, unfortunately, you always get a temporary fixing rather than a long term fixing.
Templates, Administration and Report Generation
OOTB Reporting capabilities can be further improved. Certain CTI interfaces are not available.
1. They have a slow application if your company are using medium to high speed internet connection. For login only, they are took until 5 seconds to get login to home screen. They have a some logic that run very slowly. 2. Not so easy to customize. They always have an 'out-of-the-box' answer for their function that cannot be customized.

The Reason why I like and dislike Pega
As a Custom Application Developer and now work as PEGA Developer, i am currently dissatisfied with PEGA. They offer a many tools that used for many high enterprise companies, but it can't be easy to customize with our case that i met on my company. PEGA Application also running too slow, especially when your company internet connection is not running so fast. My company, who used PEGA on each branch with medium to high speed of internet connection, sometimes cannot open the PEGA login screen. But, overall, PEGA offer many tools that help you to build you CRM Product immediately. PEGA has implemented their solution on many high enterprise companies around the world, they are also meet many cases and implement to their product.
