We use it extensively to send outbound communications to customers, and it prevents us from doing that efficiently. The email creation tool is user-friendly; however, the spacing is off sometimes within our emails. It'd be nice to clean that up. Additionally, the inability to see from a high-level overview of when email communications are scheduled is extremely frustrating.
