It's hard to pick just three things to like about Hootsuite, but if I had to list the top, those would be: 1. Ease of use. This is a very streamlined and easy to use product for all CRM and social media management. 2. Functionality. Between its overall performance regarding social management, to its user dashboard where you can access everything from campaign performance metrics to social listening information to specific social media channel monitoring, everything about this product is both a pleasure to work with and use. 3. As mentioned above, the metrics and analytics provided by this product are great and actually impactful.. you can begin using the data and info attained from this nearly right away and in an actionable way, too. Not to mention, this data is even out of the box without any type of enhancements or add-ons, so it's good from just an outright effectiveness standpoint, and without any additional costs added or tacked on, too.

I honestly can't think of anything to dislike about this service. It's a generally great product and is very good, even enjoyable, to use, especially in regard to omnichannel social management (managing multiple social media account activity and engagement).

Despite the awesomeness of Hootsuites analytics properties, I still feel it doesn't do enough in terms of the amount of metrics provided. As an example, Hootsuite current metric provisions does not provide any data on the response rate or speed on our Instagram and Facebook social media accounts.
