Like many businesses, staff turnover can be a big problem, and this is something that PeoplePath has greatly rectified. We are finding that the people we onboard and implement into our team using People Path are the ones that we retain, and in fact go on to better things within the company. It has also saved time on the end-to-end recruitment process, as much of the pre-filtering is already done and the people we are interviewing are of great quality.
It can be integrated with other CRM Systems. Seamless and personalized communication leading to a smoother and engaging hiring process. Recruiting costs are reduced by minimizing interviewees, thus speeding up the onboarding process.
As a Recruitment Specialist myself, the ability to get top notch candidates in a much quicker time then in comparison to other platforms used.
The integration and initial setup was a little time-consuming compared to other providers I have users, but I believe this is a necessary aspect in order to have such a thorough end-result and have a CRM that is fully operational. Also, if you are dealing with huge data points, like if you are at a large organisation, the platform, does not hold up as well, so I think it is more ideal for SMEs.
Some features can be challenging for first-time users. It can be costly for small and medium businesses. slowdowns or performance degradation when handling large volumes of data.
It is a hard question when it comes to PeoplePath CRM. The benefits it has provided for my work have been great, and it has improved the overall experience within the company.
