stock information in not in real time, needs to be improved. unable to report when we need, too many bugs in the system those don't get fixed
The structure of how a supplier is setup does not work well with our Oracle EBS structure which can cause some issues with integration. The analytics are not very strong and the way you get custom field information is clunky. The change management can be slow. Our customer service representation changes frequently. The level of service is dependent upon that person. We've seen great service and not so great service levels.

We only use the supplier registration/WebProcure piece of the system. We do not utilize the full P2P pieces. The initial setup of the product was very smooth even with our custom setups to require a supplier to be "invited" to become a registered supplier. That team was very experienced and were able to manage our custom requests very well. The management of our documents is also very good. The analytics piece is what makes the system not as user friendly as it could be.
