Weaknesses of this platform include limitations to user roles that are enabled to create and modify content, challenges with report creation complexity, and some challenges with BPMN process diagram importing with collision of process elements. However, the new platform model remedies limitations with newer role options for controlling user access to content creation and modification.

Great platform but still yet to realise full capabilities
Implementation was fairly straight forward from an iGrafx perspective, it was internal protocols and reviews that was perhaps more complicated. We have developed a great relationship with the team who are sensitive and responsive to our needs. iGrafx support and escalations is always quick and often provides a right-first-time response. Centralized Repository: Streamlining Data Management
Process diagrams are very easy to create and modify. Simple and effective collaboration with colleagues thanks to the Cloud use of the platform. Review and validation cycle as well as the automatic creation of SOPs widely used within the project. We have not explored the risk management module at the moment.
