KACE makes asset management easy. Adding new entries or searching for existing ones is easy. The user interface is sleek and easy to navigate. KACE is also great for pushing out updates to your organization's workstations.

The user interface is confusing and makes it difficult to find advanced options or settings. Extrem long loading times when saving tickets. Lack of seamless integration with other enterprise tools creates manual work.
Implementation could potentially be considered a hassle. Sometimes searching for assets is not as intuitive as you would like it to be. I have had issues with not being able to find assets that I know are catalogued. I also found that the types of reports you can generate seem to be lacking as well.
