It has seamless integration with different application which we use and single sign in is required. One organization can easily increase its productivity in terms of time management, deadlines and emergency notifications after deployment of this service. The service also uses advanced security technique, which is important for an organization and its user's security.
I wish there was a more seamless way to understand updates along with adding new users as we have a high turn over rate.
Cost is the factor which has caused us to think of other vendor as the incremental maintenance cost is very high for organizations.
There should be some facilities for handling unwanted notification which is not important for some specific user. Giving time to such notification is time wastage. Sometimes, important notification obtained through mail goes in spam. So, some proper method should be there so that important notification does not go in spam. Otherwise, user can miss it easily. The company should also provide regular updates in its features for this service.
