Rossum has a really easy and intuitive Interface which makes it really easy and fast for new people to understand how it works. In our specific case, we receive on average around 15 000 documents monthly and we were able to achieve 90% automation rate which is incredible. This allowed us to reduce the AP team from 4 people to just 1 with the 3 people that left the AP team being reallocated to a new team that focuses on improving the relationships with our suppliers.

I must admit I was very excited when we first started the partnership with this company but as the time went by and we got to know people better and their technology in more depth that excitement faded away. What made this feeling stronger was the fact that the tool is very hard to configure. The frontend of the tool where human in the loop is performed has a great look and feel but other than that it is very hard to implement use cases and interfaces.
