    Overall I'd say my experience with the Salesforce platform has been positive. It's a pretty well designed platform despite it being built to support an incredibly vast set of tools, features, and user types. It also places a lot of value and emphasis on design, not just of its interface, but on the experience of learning and using the tool itself. While the platform is complex, it also provides customers and users the tools they need to learn how to use it. Additionally, Salesforce makes it not only possible but fairly simple to customize.
