The Thing I like about it is Customization, it allows us to design loyalty programs that align with their brand identity, customer preferences and business goals. The best part about it is Data insights which allows us to make informed decisions. Its personalization leads to more engaging and meaningful interactions with customers.
I like its smooth and extremely coherent interface which works seamlessly with our CRM and helps us in nurturing leads during customer journey mapping. Apart from this I like the digital tracking of loyalty benefits associated with each customer and the possibility of running targeting campaigns effectively.
We have linked it with our Salesforce CRM and Communication Cloud to create an ecosystem for our customers and offer benefits to them as per the stage in customer journey. The AI based decision making suggest us the required loyalty programs for a certain customer to reduce our customer attrition.
It has customization Limitation, we have find it challenging to work with limited customization features. Initial implementation is a time taking process which delay the launch of our program. There is a learning curve and complexity.
Its costing is the biggest flaw what I understand and the onboarding of this tool was not easy.
It comes at a lot of complexity to implement and requires trained professionals to work on this platform.
