Love the Ai aspect of this product - more services will be adding this as Ai becomes the norm, but for us this was a game changer. Helped to confirm the availability of parts and find local technicians as well as being a huge bonus for customers who are able to be far better informed than before as the service is much more intuitive than our previous offering.
