Our overall experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery has been very positive. We worked closely with ServiceNow Expert Services in a co-delivery setup, which was instrumental in achieving our goals to implement the project in time. This collaboration, together with our internal colleagues, was amazing and enabled us to deliver value in a short amount of time. Besides that, the platform provides a centralized interface for managing all workplace service related tasks, improving on operational efficiency and also providing employee satisfaction.

What i like the most is the combination of benefits that the platform offers for all end users. The unified experience allows end users to find all necessary services in one place and therefore simplifies everyday processes and enhances adoption. The WSD product, alongside Reservation Management and especially Space Mapping with the floor plan functionality, is great for scaling all sorts of Real Estate use cases and supports our journey towards full adoption and automation. It's also encouraging to see that ServiceNow is constantly investing and improving the product, adding new features with every release.

1) The platform integrates seamlessly with our broader enterprise ecosystem, allowing workplace services to align closely with HR and IT functions for a unified employee experience. 2) It offers strong configuration and customization flexibility, enabling us to tailor workflows and service categories to fit our unique operational needs 3) The vendor is highly collaborative and receptive to client feedback, regularly incorporating customer ideas into product enhancements and roadmap discussions

Ease of use - feedback from users is consistently that the system is easy to use and has an intuitive UI Integrations - easy to integrate via API to other systems Adaptability - easy to develop forms to adapt as processes change

Dislike

The main challenge was and is the complexity during initial setup and configuration. While the platform is highly customizable and offers several approaches to implement use cases, it requires significant expertise and time to align the business requirements and organizational processes.

While the platform is highly capable, its flexibility can add complexity during setup and maintenance - some configurations require technical resources rather than simple admin updates. Reporting and analytics could be more intuitive for everyday users. Additionally certain workspace and request management modules would benefit from more seamless out-of-the-box integration with other enterprise tools

The desk booking map change process is complex, but we were excited to hear there's an improved, simplified process being released soon!
