Customer service and price model
Sumo's ability to store and query our large dataset especially with the partitioning scheme we've relied upon for ourselves, which is admittedly inefficient.
1. Find difficulty to learn the query language for beginners and require time to master the product. 2. Composing complex queries can be difficult with multiple conditions or aggregations 3. Dashboard/UI is not user-friendly, and it requires more steps to configure for the most common actions
UX team takes long time to answer the features proposed
The Sumo query language is unintuitive and hard to use, redundant keywords or functionality makes this even more difficult.

Good log analytics product for managing large dataset, poor experience querying large dataset in an explorative manner
The overall experience using Sumo's Log Analytics is good, Sumo's query language however is unintuitive in my opinion and makes natural exploration of logs hard to do and instead essentially bookmark queries and go from there. - Chief Information Security Officer50M-1B USDIT ServicesReview Source

Great monitoring tool, overall minimal complaints
Had mostly great experiences with using sumologic. It's an essential tool our team uses to monitor our services. My only complaint would be that it can sometimes be buggy (cannot open new log search) and searches can take a long period of time
