The ease and flexibility of log integration, which can be cumbersome based on my experience with other products. The different tiering and price model has also assisted us in making the solution more cost effective.

1. Find difficulty to learn the query language for beginners and require time to master the product. 2. Composing complex queries can be difficult with multiple conditions or aggregations 3. Dashboard/UI is not user-friendly, and it requires more steps to configure for the most common actions
The platform required strong technical skills to administer and manage. My junior staff find it difficult to wrap their heads around the technology and the bulk of the heavy lifting is undertaken by my more experienced staff.
Steep learning curve for advanced queries, occasional UI lag, and high cost at scale.
