TEKsystems partnered with us in a co-managed service engagement to successfully deliver our Epic end user device program (which consisted of equipment Inventory/Assessment, Device Deployment, Technical Dress Rehearsal, and Go-live tech support). We had great experiences throughout each phase of the engagement; beginning with our contract negotiations, project coordination and oversight, service delivery, and wrapping up with a timely completion. As with any large scale project we faced some challenges, but TEKsystems remained responsive to our concerns, and committed to the necessary course corrections to deliver on our successful project outcomes. They were partners in our Epic EUD success.
