The most commendable aspect of the service is its ability to ensure stable operations once it has been fully deployed. Both service management and customer care is delivered exceptionally, fostering a genuine partnership.
1) The SDWAN firewall replaces the router to do layer 3 routing. 2) The reports of SDWAN are quite good. 3) If the main lines goes down, the traffic is forward to the backup line.
Telefonica offers tested services
In the initial implemetation phase, the project management was too optimistic; however, once the setup was corrected, improvements were observed.
1) Backups are 4G and most sites are not good network coverage. 2) Many points of contacts when an issue arise. 3) CEX Premium doesn't help much when you face an issue.
Those tested services sometimes are not flexible enough to meet enterprises requirements.
