Wipro has always been a flexible partner when working with us. The people we work with are very quick in understanding what we need and are always looking for ways to serve us even better than they already do.
They need to make investment to create bench to avoid long staffing cycle time, especially for programs that need to start and move fast

When we started working together with Wipro it took some time to find a good balanced team that had all the required competences to support us in all domains. Although this was resolved over time and now we have a highly skilled and balanced team it was an obstacle we had to overcome. Over the years we saw people come and go in the team, although this is normal especially in IT Wipro had the tendency to only share that information till the very last moment right before the person would leave. Somewhat more transparency would be better. One final thing that is worth mentioning is the communication towards our business customers. Whenever incidents are created the teams jumps on them instantly and works hard to resolve but this is not always experienced as such by the creator of the incident. Sometimes the teams forgets to communicate to the customer that they are working on the incident thus giving the impression the ticket is not picked up.
