I like that. Workfront makes project delivery fast and efficient. It promotes teamwork and is easy to use
They have great reporting options. It is very easy to create dashboards and it holds a lot of information. This is great because you can look at the status of every project, or organize it by individuals as well. The program is very good in its waterfall design, it updates very quickly once a task is completed, you will see the overall percentage of project go up. Also, the status warning on a project is accurate, if you see your project get into the at risk phase, it is time to step it up.
Workfront offers a robust set of tools that can be used a variety of different ways once you get the hang of the system: reporting is deep and customizable, views and access are secure and manageable, and the team that supports implementation are supportive and knowledgeable.
Workfront has met our project management needs effectively. No single complaint.
It took a lot of time to get used to. They do offer trainings, but I think they should do a better job of recommending trainings based on your role. Also we had a hard time incorporating it into our tech support tickets.
The depth of the system means the learning curve can be steep if the initial implementation tries to do too much too fast. System updates are scheduled and communicated well, but bug fixes system-wide can appear to be slow for users despite the company meeting all SLAs in the contract. Integrations are solid but need broader ways to connect systems that are supported.
