I like that it has recognition and rewards, surveys and insights and goals feedback. I like how we are celebraiting our employees and getting them engaged. The reward catalog is insain with so much stuff to choose from.
Giving recognition to coworkers is straightforward and easy to do.
This helps in engaging with peers, provides various rewards and recognition opportunities and supports alignment through goal setting and feedback.
There is nothing that i dont like so far everything has been great.
The UI and UX of the web app isn't great. It doesn't feel very modern. It also didn't seem to integrate as well with certain applications we use, unlike other competitors. It also takes some time for rewards to be sent out once redeemed, which doesn't seem to be an issue for competitors.
The application needs more work as it lags and has some bugs. It needs better and faster monitoring and updates. The help center or customer service is also not that great.
