It is a very user friendly platform and is constantly being upgraded
Relatively simple timekeeping system.
Their payroll and paperless onboarding process and their customer service.
It is a very simple method to track and store information about candidates and provides a simple way to pull up past applicant information. It integrates with the new hire/onboarding features eaily.
I find discrepancies between capabilities allowed for users at the same level. I don't feel that the system is as customizable as I would like it to be. I do not have enough control or access to features to make changes without having to go through service to have them make the changes.
I do not have anything negative to say about iSolved. They are amazing!
