The lack of ingestion/billing safeguards when using the Cloud Pro, pay-as-you-go model. It should be great to be able to tell Grafana to just shut down ingestion when global spend goes above X (quota/budget). Usage alerts are nice, but not enough.

A) Costs can increase quickly with high data ingestion. B) Alerting configuration can be kind of complex for new users. C) Requires observability knowledge to fully utilize and maximize the returns of the features.
