Jira Product Discovery and Jira Delivery work extremely well together. The pairing makes it easy for the product team to track ideas and roadmaps without cluttering up dev's side. When development begins on an idea/feature, the seamless integration between the two platforms enables perfect visibility for all stakeholders.
Set of features is hard to match in any other existing tools, especially with the integration of other tools such as confluence
1. Track multiple projects with ease. 2. helps a ton in collaborating with other team members. 3. Working on an auto pilot helps to get track of complex issues. 4. Strong support for agile methodologies. 5. Extensive integration options with other tools. 6. Comprehensive reporting and analytics features.
The Jira Delivery platform could definitely do with some quality-of-life improvements. It's as powerful as ever, but a lot of the UX quirks I've dealt with for years are still present.
Understanding and learning how to use the product (e.g. understanding how to navigate menus, find content, etc) can be cumbersome, resulting in a frustrating experience.
1. If you accidentally click on the wrong name, the submitter gets a notification when it is assigned. 2. It has a limited number of software integrations. 3. Error notifications can be annoying. 4. steep learning curves for new users. 5. can be expensive for larger teams. 6. Occasional performance issues with larger datasets.
