It is easy to use and it has lots of features that are very useful for hosting virtual meetings. You can also just download the app on your mobile and tablets, which is great for people who wants to join while they are on the go as well. The video & screen sharing as well as the breakout room are wonderful features for training & meetings.

I like how I can customize the layout of the virtual room from video placement to shared documents, polls and chat pods. Unlike other systems, Adobe Connect saves everything between sessions: layouts, chat files and whiteboards. The Built-in tools like polling, content sharing & breakout rooms make it super effective for learning sessions.
You really need to have a very good internet connection when using it on your mobile, it sometimes causes lag with big audiences. The mobile app is also missing some features compared to the desktop. The desktop interface feels a bit outdated. It is quite pricey compared to other existing similar tools.
1 Navigation- It can be difficult to navigate and set up especially for those who are less technical savvy additionally the platform can be quiet complex and may take some time to master 2 cost- the cost of the product might be considered high for some users, which can be a barrier for small and medium sized businesses 3 Quality- Some users have reported that the audio and video quality can be inconsistent which can be problem for meetings and webinars
The interface feels clunky and dated. It's resource-intensive and not always friendly with every browser. It is powerful but not intuitive. there is a lot going on and without a guidance or training, it is easy to get lost.
