Zoom provides a lot of meeting settings for every part that helps me to set up the meeting controls before hand to avoid doing it during the meeting. One of the most helpful features for me as a host is the automatic email notification before meetings, it ensures that neither I nor my clients ever miss the meetings or webinars.
