    Algonomy: Simplifying Complexity with Stellar Support

    Overall, I feel algonomy from a user standpoint is not very user friendly. The help we have received from representative has been incredibly helpful but I feel as though every time we try to set up something new there is something we are missing or it changes from the previous time we set up a similar rule. The site itself is also quite confusing to navigate and understand.

    Not sure we would go with with Algonomy if we had to do it all over again.

    The level of service has gotten better within the past year. We had some major issues where the entire system wasn't firing off but the company didn't realize it, nor did they have any checks and balances to indicate something was terribly wrong. When that happened our executive director got in touch with someone high up and raised some major concerns. We ended up with weekly calls with a client success architect to make sure things were running smoothly and to help us with some additional setup. When tickets are submitted they take a long time to resolve, this definitely needs some attention. When we identify a bug that is causing us to lose sales or keep us from setting up some rules, the development team should act much quicker on resolving the issue.
