Read Full ReviewThe site itself is outdated and not user friendly. It's difficult to come to a conclusion about fixes that need to be made because of how difficult it can be to understand the meaning behind the configurations. There are many hidden steps, like making sure the publish buttons are hit after any type of edit to a rule which can often be missed, not allowing for any other step in a new rule to fire or work. It can be confusing how clicking use only this can make a rule not work because none of the configurations selected for said rules are correct but if we don't select use only these then we have the rule pretty much selecting anything it wants thus not allowing the rule to work in the way needed.

Not sure we would go with with Algonomy if we had to do it all over again.
The level of service has gotten better within the past year. We had some major issues where the entire system wasn't firing off but the company didn't realize it, nor did they have any checks and balances to indicate something was terribly wrong. When that happened our executive director got in touch with someone high up and raised some major concerns. We ended up with weekly calls with a client success architect to make sure things were running smoothly and to help us with some additional setup. When tickets are submitted they take a long time to resolve, this definitely needs some attention. Been very please with all the functionalities available and I'm very grateful for the expertise of the team. We've been able to implement multiple improvements accross different pages types with a measurable positive impact. The whole team is extremely knowladgeable and support very quick to answer.
