Hardly any flexibility with customization of email and blast builds. Limited formatting, design capabilities. Email looks different depending on what email platform its being delivered to and read on (Outlook vs. Gmail, etc.)
1. Difficult content formatting with a small window editor making it hard to edit longer emails with multiple sections of content 2. Images are difficult to insert because of the design of the editing page 3. The admin interface is not mobile friendly so a laptop or desktop is required each time to edit or send a campaign

Cerkl Platform Excels at Customization and Analytics, Lacks Robust Interactivity Functions
The Cerkl platform is a game-changer for internal communications. I've been using it since 2017 across four different roles/ two organizations, so I've been able to see its evolution over time. It provides an enormous amount of capability around customization and analytics-tracking, and is invaluable for reaching diverse audiences. I do wish equal functionality was available for posts and blasts, and would like to see more interactivity (such as surveys and polling embedded in posts, reactions and emojis, sliders and gifs, etc.) to better reach "Gen Z" and younger audiences. It would also be great if the editing fields could mirror MS Word or other word processing software to allow for a full suite of functionality (such as the heading options that were recently added, more like this please!).
