We can forecast revenues, and some of the world class features include Accounting & Revenue Reporting, Subscription Billing, and the AI Powered Analytics. Point Solutions could be costly and ineffective. With Certina, we have been able to reduce the total cost of ownership of our IT Slack as it allows us to run the services on the same platform as the rest of the organization. Additionally, be keeping data in one location, we have been able to maximize IT Value and optimize service metrics against other important Business Key Performance Indicators , thereby opening up more opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Reports are complicated to create, there are multiple steps to find information that could be simplified, you can't discard anything if you make an error.

The overall experience has been amazing and very fulfilling, as we are a global organization, quite complex with several Business Units that are both wholly owned as well as Joint Venture partners. Very reliable and easy to use software!
I have really enjoyed my experience with Certinia. The platform is low-code (unless you want extensive automation) & the interface is intuitive does a good job of guiding the user through the financial journey from selling a product to month-end close. Their support team is very responsive and I've enjoyed working with them.
