Question about SSO and WordPress: Does anybody have experience with miniorange? They seem to have a bunch of interesting solutions. The first workflow I'm looking at is to use the user DB from one WP site on to a second one with a simple plugin, but they also have more advanced options like managing the full LDAP or syncing 3rd party apps. This could be interesting to link a download center with a LMS system swell as the internal Office365 users and clients using a Jira or confluence system. What product can you recommend that provides document (email, word, pdf) review and approval workflow? Needs to provide versioning, multiple approval workflows (parallel, serial, and/or), scheduling/deadlines, and reminders. I've looked at Exchange/Outlook/Sharepoint solutions (we use MS365), and they are either overly simple or overly complex.  There seem to be some solutions with Jira/Confluence.

If you are already using Microsoft 365 you should definitely check out the Power Apps/ Power BI suite. You can build easy to use forms and worflows that embed neatly into Outlook and Teams.

    Confluence is a solid platform for teamwork, tracking and managing progress but it does have some issues. When two people are editing the same page at the same time, changes can get mixed up, which sometimes leads to one person's partial edits overwriting the other's work. This can mess up the content and accuracy. Also, while the search engine feature is good, it's not great at finding specific information within a topic-it often misses details inside the text. Despite these small issues, Confluence is still a useful tool for organizing projects and boosting team productivity.
