I like how many different options you have for monitoring analytics. While the layout for customization and curating what analytics are showing at what time are a little bit hard to navigate as a first-time user, the more familiar you get with the Fullstory, the easier it is to find value in the tool. It was very valuable for my team to be able to filter our product usage via email, name, number, and more. Fullstory made it easy to hone in on exactly who we needed to.

The product display is a little cluttered and even outdated. I could tell right away that Fullstory was a brilliant tool, but visually, it was overwhelming to pick up as a first time user. I wish they utilized more drop-down menus, or even scaled back on how many filtering options they have for monitoring data, because it's a little too much all in one place
Integration into the app is high-effort, and the product experience is largely web-centric, with limited app-first orientation.
Due to the plan we are using, we cannot block domains. This would help us to refine the data collected and produce more relevant insights. It's not a product limitation.
